What is a ProductEngine?

It’s like a spreadsheet but with a bunch of features added that are designed for managing pricing and product information. ProductEngine dramatically increases accuracy, saves you a lot of time and provides a single source of truth for your pricing and product data. No more time wasted looking for the latest version of the spreadsheet!

What Integrations do you have?

Right now we have Salesforce, StoreConnect and Shopify available ‘out of the box’ with more integrations coming soon. Please contact us if you have specific needs.

How does billing work?

All billing is monthly and based on the number of editors you have. Viewers are unlimited and free. Integrations are included in your monthly fee. Standard billing is credit card online, Enterprise billing is CC monthly or annual invoice with payment terms.

Do I have to pay extra to share price lists outside my company?

No! Pretty awesome hey? You can share your pricing with everyone that needs it at no extra charge.

What’s a ‘Editor’ and what’s a ‘Viewer’?

Editors are anyone who needs to create or edit the data in your ProductEngine instance. All editors need a paid licence. Viewers are just consumers of shared price lists. You don’t pay for viewers and they don’t need a licence.
